Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped between 2-4 business days, sometimes earlier.

During high demand periods, your items may take longer than expected to get to you.

Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax.

RETURNS 


All Sales are FINAL. We will gladly accept returns ONLY for manufacturing defects, within 7 days from the date you received your items. We currently do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please note shipping fees are non refundable. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. 


RETURNS POLICY
1• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. 


2• Contact us for returns within seven (7) days after receiving your items.


3• The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE for Return (for health & safety purposes) Undergarment items (panties/shapewear, underwear, bras, Lingerie, socks, All items under Accessories etc.) Swimsuits / Swimming Trunks Bodysuit.


4• Items returned must be in their original, have NO signs of wear, unused condition with the original packaging. Items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for returns.


5• All orders on SALE items can not be returned.


6• Items sent back without first contacting our Customer Service representative will not be accepted. Please note the address indicated on the packaging slip is not our return address. Items sent there will not be accepted for returns.


7• You will be responsible for any return shipping cost.


8• Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned package.


9• Please note that your banking/credit card company may take longer to process the refund in this case contact your bank.


10• Delivery Circumstances NOT ELIGIBLE for Refund - Wrong address provided by customer / no consignee - Invalid contact information provided by customer when placing order - No answer to delivery calls or emails - Didn't collect package by the deadline.


RETURNS PROCESS


Please follow the process below to process your returns:
1• Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a request in your account. Alternatively, you can email us at info.barefitz@gmail.com . Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.


2• Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24-48 hours with a return address for you to ship your parcel.


3• Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Put the return address you received from our customer service representative onto the package. Drop off your package at your local post office. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our returns policy.


4• Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport. RETURNED PACKAGE please do not return directly to the address on the received package, remove the old address from the original package to avoid any mistakes. The appropriate RETURN ADDRESS will be provided by our customer service.


5• We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier with a tracking number. We are not responsible for tracking your shipped items or for lost parcels. RETURN PROCESSING TIME Please allow 3-5 business days to process the return.


6• If you return an item that is not eligible for return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items must be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the items purchased have any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse.
